Refund Policy

9. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Software Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if the product does not meet your requirements.
  • Custom Development Services: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of project completion.
  • Consulting Services: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.

10. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (monthly recurring charges after the initial 14-day period)
  • Completed custom development projects that have been delivered and accepted
  • Setup fees and one-time configuration charges
  • Services that have been fully rendered

11. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at dgbsx@dgbsx.com.my with your order details and reason for the refund request.
  2. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

12. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Bank processing times may vary. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Refunds are issued in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

13. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  • Submit a written appeal to dgbsx@dgbsx.com.my
  • Contact the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia for disputes under RM 50,000
  • Seek resolution through the Malaysian courts
