All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to applicable taxes (SST at 8%).

  • Subscription-based products are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • Payment must be made via the payment methods available on our checkout page: Online Banking (FPX), Credit/Debit Card, or E-Wallet.
  • All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners.
  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.

5. Subscription Terms

For subscription-based products:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • We may offer annual plans with discounted pricing upon request.

6. User Obligations

By using our products and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and purchase.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Use our products and services only for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

  • DGBS X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service in the preceding 12 months.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our software products.

9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all our cloud-based products. In the event of scheduled maintenance, we will provide at least 48 hours' advance notice via email.

10. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. Please refer to our Privacy & Refund Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

DGBS X reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
